Karen Campney, “KC” ICN Pro Countryside Flower Shop & Nursery in Crystal Lake, will instruct you on proper pruning techniques. Focusing on which plants you should be pruning now. Feel free to bring any plant care, pest, or disease questions you may have and leave with the best solutions.

Guest speaker, Richard Tobiasz of McHenry County College, started gardening at the age of 3 with his grandmother in her garden in Chicago. Fast forward several years, a successful career as a paramedic, he went on to further his education as a Master Gardener and now teaches for McHenry County College in the Horticulture Department. You’ve planted a garden. Crops are growing. Join us to learn what to do with what you grew, are growing and what to plant next!
